Concession Stand Volunteer Sign-up

A Note from your West ISD Concession Stand Managers:

We are trying a new sign-up process this year for all West ISD Concession Stands. Online sign-ups through Sign-Up Genius! We are hoping by getting every club and organization to sign-up in one area that it will be less confusing for parents and ourselves. We will continue adding links for each sport once the season begins. We are always short on volunteers and hope this will make things easier for parents to sign-up. We are so thankful for every parent that volunteers to work shifts in the Concession Stand. It is important to remember that without parents who volunteer to work, it is hard for us to open the Concession Stands for games. 

We would love to see every club and organization get their parents involved. Parents, this is a great opportunity for you to sign-up to volunteer and earn money for your child’s organization/club. Also, please remember that you can sign-up for any sport or game, even if your child doesn’t play. It would be beneficial to sign-up for a shift that is not during your child’s game.

Please also be aware that we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to work in the Concession Stand. Please do not show up any earlier than the start time of your shift. We have these times in place for a reason and are trying to keep everyone organized.
