West ISD Publishes Community and Student Engagement Ratings for 2014-2015
House Bill 5 (HB 5) of the 83rd Texas Legislature Regular Session added Section 39.0545 to the Texas Education Code (TEC). TEC § 39.0545 requires that each school district assign ratings for the district and each campus on both overall performance and each of nine factors related to community and student engagement.
West ISD Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) Reports
The TAPR provides information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas. The reports also provide extensive information on school and district staff, programs, and student demographics. See attachment for report.
Federal District and Campus Report Cards
West ISD is sharing this information about the district and your child’s campus with you as part of its obligations under the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB).
