After Prom Party 2010 Information Page

For the past 16 years, West parents and our community have collaborated to provide a safe, all night, alcohol and drug free environment for approximately 350 West High School juniors, seniors, and their prom guest. Past After Prom Parties have been very successful and well attended, the Class of 2011 plans to continue this tradition.
This is not a school-sponsored event, therefore it is solely the responsibility of the parents to arrange, raise funds, and provide food, entertainment, and door prizes for this large-scale party. A party this size costs thousands of dollars, but through the generosity of the business community and WHS parents, we hope to offer this party entirely free.
As in previous years, parental support is essential in making this party a success, and we are asking for you help. We sincerely hope you will help us make the 2011 party the best ever.

Meeting Schedule:
March 8, 6:30 p.m. at Pizza House
March 22, 6:30 p.m. at Pizza House
April 5, 6:30 p.m. at Pizza House
April 12, 6:30 p.m. at Pizza House

We are still taking donations. If you want to make a donation or if you know of an individual or business that will donate food or beverage; or, an individual, business or club that will donate a door prize or money please let us know. As you know, electronics are the most popular door prize items: televisions, computers, cameras, ipods, etc.
