If you would like to pre-pay for your child's meals online, go to the West ISD web page and click on Parents Resources, to Myschoolbucks.com this offers you a convenient, easy way to make prepayments using your bank account, Visa or MasterCard. If this is your first time on the site, you will need to set up an account.

Meal Charge Policy
PK - 8th - Students may charge up to a maximum of 2 Days
9th - 12th - Students may charge up to a maximum of 2 Days
No child will be refused a meal. An alternative meal will be offered for a student that has charged the maximum allowed. The alternative meal will consist of a cheese sandwich or a peanut butter & jelly sandwich, fresh fruit and milk. Meal charging privileges will be reinstated when the account balance has been paid
Parents will be notified of charges with a notice sent home with the child.
 
Free and Reduced Meal Program
A new application for meal benefits must be filled out and turned in for each school year. Only one application is needed per household, unless the application is for a foster child, runaway, homeless or migrant student. Eligible students may recieve meal benefits on the previous years status only until October 1, 2014. After October 1st eligible students without a processed application on file will no longer be eligible for the free/reduced meal benefits and will be placed on full pay status. For assistance in completing the form, please contact the foodservice supervisor at 254-981-2014. The 2014-2015 meal benefits application are available at the front office of each WISD campus.
 
Other Benefits
Applying for the meal program provides other opportunities for High School students: fee waived for SAT, ACT testing, college applications, reduced summer school program fees, reduced fees for AP test. Student participation information is confidential.
